Career Development Review

This review is an important meeting with the HR department to take a step back and look at your day-to-day work and, more broadly, your career. Unlike the annual one, it focuses on skills assessment and your development or training wishes. It is then the responsibility of our HR teams to identify the appropriate actions to support your development goals.

Six-Year Review

The 6-year review is a key milestone in your career within the Group. It enables you to measure how far you have come, review your skills and explore new perspectives, whether through additional training, role evolution or mobility within another Group brand.
