FASSI Group France is committed to youth

At FASSI Group France, we are convinced that the future of the industry is built with the new generations. Promoting knowledge transfer, sharing field experience and supporting learning are an integral part of our responsibility as an industrial group.

Each year, around 15 work-study students and interns join our teams across our French production, bodywork, and commercial and administrative management sites. Integrated into real projects and guided by experienced mentors, they develop practical skills directly connected to our professions.

Hands-on learning in real conditions

At FASSI Group France, interns and work-study students discover industrial & commercial professions alongside experienced teams, working on real and meaningful projects. Here, you can put all the theory from your studies into practice!

Skills development

Each young talent receives tailored support to develop both technical competencies and personal skills: autonomy, team spirit and initiative. Above all, this first experience should help you get to know yourself better!
